A field manual that makes spam calls expensive — for them

VishwasKarma turns the complaint process from Vishwas R's guides into a guided, eight-chapter quest. Banks and their telemarketers break the law when they call your DND-registered number — and when they fail to resolve your complaint, RBI's rules let you take them to the Ombudsman and claim compensation. It worked in real life: ₹15,000 from Bajaj Finance and ₹5,000 from Kotak Mahindra Bank, recovered with nothing but patience and paperwork. This app does the paperwork.

An illustrated traveller with a VishwasKarma pack follows signposts — DND, Complain, Escalate, Ombudsman, Compensation — past a ringing spam call toward the RBI Ombudsman, holding an eight-chapter quest map
The quest, mapped — from the first spam call to the compensation cheque.
  1. Log the evidence

Record every spam call — date, time, number, what they pitched. Calls to a DND number violate TCCCPR 2018; your log turns nuisance into proof.

  2. File the grievance

The app writes your complaint email to the bank's grievance officer, filled in from your case details. Send it, and the 30-day response clock starts.

  3. Escalate on schedule

Ignored or brushed off? When the deadline passes you become RBI-Ombudsman eligible — copy the pre-written complaint into the CMS portal. A TRAI complaint piles on a second regulator.

  4. Recover the money

Log their offers and your settlements. The Recovered meter up top keeps score — every rupee their telemarketers paid for.
